I loved its tastefully decorated and well furnished rooms.
This hotel met expectations in every way, would definitely recommend. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was large and everything was good. The venue was set in the central position just off the Village square, top restaurants, Woolworths and Checkers.

The lovely outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying a braai and a sundowner, while soaking up the beauty of this wonderful area. A short stroll took us to a long lazy lunch overlooking the sea, with the whale show being an added bonus. Hermanus really lives up to its title as the "Whale Watching Capital of South Africa". We couldn't get enough of these magnificent creatures!
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground for the children.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. the location was perfect - situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to town and the beach. Secondly, the rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and we particularly loved the well-appointed rooms with a bath tub and an indoor fireplace. Lastly, the breakfast served in the main house was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
No complaints, everything was just fine.

Had a great experience during my business trip. The room was spacious and private, which gave me the perfect work environment. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the downtown area, where I found plenty of great restaurants and cafes. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information to make my stay hassle-free. The bed was really comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
One negative point I found was that breakfast was not included. However, the room was equipped with everything I needed to prepare my own meal.

I recently stayed in a lovely little guesthouse during my city trip. the guesthouse had a log fire in a self-contained apartment, which was perfect during the chilly winter evenings. the owners were very welcoming and accommodating, giving us recommendations for places to eat in the area. the guesthouse was also in a safe location, making it easy to walk to nearby places, even at night.
The guesthouse allowed noise from the street to pass through quite easily, making it somewhat difficult to sleep during the night. the swimming pool was uncovered, making it a bit dangerous for young children or guests who are not strong swimmers.
